The UW-Stout Registration and Records campus office will be closed on Thursday & Friday, November 28-29, 2024 but services will still be provided remotely on Friday, November 29, 2024.

Pick-up transcript orders will not be available during this time. Pick-up transcript orders can still be placed online and will be processed and made available for pick-up on Monday, December 2, 2024.
Registration and Records provides many services to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the public. These services include the course enrollment process, graduation, curriculum records, classroom scheduling, transcripts, Veteran benefit certification, athletic certification, student record maintenance, and reporting. We administer university policy and maintain student academic records in compliance with federal (FERPA), state, and local regulations.
