Registration and Records provides many services to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the public. These services include the course enrollment process, graduation, curriculum records, classroom scheduling, transcripts, Veteran benefit certification, athletic certification, student record maintenance, and reporting. We administer university policy and maintain student academic records in compliance with federal (FERPA), state, and local regulations.
Serving you on Campus and Remotely during COVID-19
Registration and Records resumes regular office hours on August 17, 2020 from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
We also provide services remotely through email at firstname.lastname@example.org and for Stout Online registration at email@example.com. Please make sure to provide your full name and campus ID# so we can best help you. You may also call at 715-232-2121.
Note on Late Adds
If you add a class after the first day of class, you may miss the instructor’s communication regarding classroom protocols (including cleaning, disinfecting, attendance policy, etc.). If you add a class after the first day of class, please contact the instructor prior to joining the class to understand the classroom protocol requirements.
To Reserve Open Lab or Study Spaces
A new software called LibCal Seats is now available to reserve a seat in a lab, a study space, or to schedule specialty equipment such as computers, specialized printers, drawing easels, etc. Some academic spaces are only available to students in a specific program and instructors will share information on where they can reserve a spot in those locations. There are also several public space that can be reserved and students can visit https://kb.uwstout.edu/libcalseats to find a link to LibCal Seats as well as directions on reserving a spot.
