Sahnya S. Thom, PhD, serves as an Assistant Professor, teaching courses in both the Master of Science in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology (MSAIOP) program and the undergraduate psychology program. She holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Master's in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Thom expertly integrates both fields in her teaching, aiming to equip students with the leadership skills and readiness for their future careers while emphasizing the importance of self-care. Her research interests include Organizational Post-Traumatic Growth (OPTG), human-centered AI in the workplace, and sensory processing sensitivity in work environments. Dr. Thom is committed to engaging with students and nurturing their professional growth.
