Education & Background:
I graduated in 2017 with my Master of Arts degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership from the University of Northern Colorado. In 2014, I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology.
Prior to this position, I worked for University Housing here at UW Stout as a Residence Life Coordinator and at Minnesota State University Mankato as a Hall Director.
Free Time/Personal:
I am originally from Colorado and enjoy getting outdoors and enjoying the sunshine when possible. I enjoy playing with my dog “Jake” and spending time with my partner and friends. I’m a big fan of playing bingo and enjoy listening to audiobooks.
Tips for Success:
Get involved on campus! Find a student organization, volunteer opportunity, or campus job to keep you connected on campus. It can help keep you motivated and helps get you connected to others on campus who can support and encourage you.
Don’t be afraid to ask for help and ask questions! There are so many resources on campus and they’re there for you – so don’t be afraid to use them. Faculty and staff on campus are great resources as well and want you to be successful so don’t forget to talk to us and get support from us when you need it.
