David DeLambo, Rh.D., is a professor in the Department of Counseling, Rehabilitation, and Human Services. Dr. DeLambo earned his doctorate from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale in 1997 with a concentration in Rehabilitation Research. He has served as faculty at UW-Stout since 2004 and has prior teaching experience at Fort Valley State University, a Historically Black College/University (HBCU). His professional interests center on substance abuse and disability, psychosocial implications of disability, and behavior modification within the rehabilitation and criminal justice arenas. Prior to doctoral training he volunteered and worked directly with individuals in the context employment and residential services. Dr. DeLambo has an array of peer-reviewed publications and book chapters and has presented at both state and national conferences.
