Katelyn Bird is an Administrative Assistant II at the University of Wisconsin-Stout Vocational Rehabilitation Institute (SVRI), where she facilitates scheduling for the unit in charge of the State of Wisconsin Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) program and manages communication of medical information to consumers and providers. Prior to SVRI, Katelyn worked at the Menomonie Boys & Girls Club, where she coordinated membership, supported large-scale fundraising events, and assisted with communication; taught and managed enrollment and outreach at an early learning center; served as a personal care worker at a group home; and interned at Stepping Stones and The Neighbors of Dunn County. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Vocational Rehabilitation with concentrations in Social Work and Independent Living from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Katelyn enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and being creative with various art mediums.
