Education & Background
I am a Stout Proud alum! I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with minors in Communication Studies, English Writing and Literature, and Women and Gender Studies in 2019. In 2021, I earned my Master of Science in School Counseling.
As an academic advisor in the Advisement Center, I assist students as they navigate their transition to college and plan for future semesters at UW-Stout.
Free Time/Personal
Outside of the Advisement Center, I enjoy reading, watching movies, journaling, baking, and crafting. When the weather is nice, I also enjoy playing basketball.
Tips for Success
Read your email at least once a day. Pick a time of day to make a routine of it (before you go to sleep, at lunchtime, etc.) so you receive important and timely updates about your classes, campus, and more.
Get involved on-campus! You can find a variety of organizations and employment opportunities related to your major or interests. When I was a Stout student, I was involved in Psychology Club / Psi Chi and Honors College Student Council; I also worked for University Housing as an RA.
